The open space design is divided into the typologies of square, courtyard, and garden, creating a variety of areas to spend time in. In the north, a square with a tree and fountain is created as a connecting entrance to the urban space. Between commercial and residential areas, a semi-public courtyard forms a communal meeting point with generous greenery and shade-providing trees. Facade-accompanying green zones create protected transitions to the ground-floor apartments.
In the south, species-rich meadows, shrubs, and trees shape a naturalistic garden landscape with high recreational and biodiversity value. Small retreats, gardens, as well as ecological elements such as sand lentils, stone piles, and Benjes hedges promote nature observation and sustainable cycles. The network of paths provides short connections and integrates the facility well with the surrounding neighborhoods.
