020_Besmer Plateau

The leitmotif of the outdoor design focuses on the site's own identity, reinforcing its charisma without altering it.

The characteristic Besmer plateau will remain clearly recognisable as a scenic area. While the private outdoor spaces face south towards the ravine, the views to the north extend well beyond the border.

Native trees and shrubs provide an added ecological value between the building and the public open space, protecting the privacy of the first floor dwellings. An ample green area extends through the centre, offering a free space for relaxation. The fluid transition between this green space and the mid-height vegetation with shrubs shapes this space. The area boasts leisure opportunities for all ages and a characteristic orchard, which closes the plateau to the west and reinforces the symbolic connection with the region.
